At Niziapew, our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free from the moment you place an order until your clothing or accessories arrive at your door. Because every item is part of a curated fashion collection, each order is handled with care. Packaging and shipping are carried out with special attention to safety, presentation, and timing.
Shipping Area
Niziapew currently ships apparel and fashion accessories to selected international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or remote territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and certain outlying island regions within Europe and Australia. Deliveries are made directly to residential or business street addresses to ensure safe handling.

To keep shipping simple and transparent, Niziapew applies flat-rate shipping fees by region. Free shipping is available when your order total exceeds the thresholds listed below.

All shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your purchase. The amount you see is final, with no hidden charges or extra delivery fees added later.
Taxes and Customs Duties
At Niziapew, we believe in transparency. Customers will not be charged additional customs duties or hidden fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout—including the product cost and shipping fee (if applicable)—is the final amount you pay. Niziapew covers import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees so your order arrives without unexpected charges.
Processing and Delivery Times
Processing Time: Once an order is placed, Niziapew requires 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) to prepare your items for shipment. Every product undergoes a final quality check before being securely packed.

Orders submitted before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the next business day.
Fashion Shipping & Packaging
Since fashion items are lighter and easier to transport than furniture, Niziapew ships all items fully assembled and ready to wear. Clothing is folded neatly, packed in protective polybags or tissue wrapping, and placed inside branded boxes or mailers to keep garments safe and clean during transit.
Each order comes with care instructions for washing and maintaining your clothing. For accessories such as caps, tote bags, or socks, products are individually wrapped to prevent damage or contamination in transit.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse at 35-32 63rd St, Flushing, NY 11377, Niziapew will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email includes your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system, especially for international shipments that require customs clearance.
Damaged or Lost Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Niziapew within 72 hours of delivery. Provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video of both the damaged product and packaging. Based on this information, Niziapew will arrange either a replacement shipment or a refund.
If a package is lost in transit, customers should contact us if the order has not arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), especially if tracking shows no updates for more than one week. If the package is confirmed lost, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost, or a full refund will be issued.
Canceling an Order
Orders may be canceled provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Customers are encouraged to notify Niziapew as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. At that stage, customers may instead use Niziapew’s Return & Refund Policy after receiving their items.
