Niziapew was founded in 2024 in New York with a simple mission: to create clothing that carries personal meaning, lasting quality, and distinct character apart from mass-produced products on the market. The question we asked ourselves was: “How can we deliver fashion that is beautiful, unique, and customizable—without relying on middlemen?”
We chose the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) model, selling exclusively through our official website. This approach allows us to maintain full control over the entire production process, from fabric selection and tailoring to printing, quality inspection, and distribution. It also ensures transparent pricing, consistent quality, and reliable delivery for every product.
Operating from our workshop in Flushing, NY (about 1,200 sqft), we currently run four Juki industrial sewing machines, one Brother GTXpro DTG printer, one manual screen-printing unit, and a dedicated 300 sqft storage space. The scale may be small, but it is designed for agility. This setup enables us to keep ready-to-ship items in stock while still producing customized orders quickly and flexibly.
We proudly serve individuals who embrace self-expression. Many of our customers are young streetwear enthusiasts who value comfort and energy while still wanting to stand out. Others come to us as groups of friends, couples, or teams looking for matching outfits that are both stylish and high-quality. We also cater to those who seek meaningful gifts: a custom-printed shirt with a personal message or image can carry more sentiment than any generic item. Finally, there are those who love minimalist fashion—customers who prefer well-made basics, timeless designs, and versatile pieces that last.
At the heart of our brand are core apparel items such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and jackets. These remain our main offerings, but we also extend our collection with carefully sourced accessories to create a more complete fashion experience.
Our ready-to-wear line features original designs that we release seasonally. These garments are pre-printed and kept in stock, ensuring fast delivery. Alongside this, our customization service lets customers transform a base item into something uniquely theirs, whether by adding a logo, an image, or a meaningful message.
We hold our products to strict standards. Fabrics are composed of 50% natural cotton and 50% stretch polyester, treated to resist shrinkage and pilling. T-shirts are made with a GSM of 180–200, while sweatshirts and hoodies use 280–300 GSM fleece. Internal tests show that both retain their shape and print clarity for at least 30 washes. We source blanks from Bella+Canvas in Los Angeles (for premium cotton) and Gildan Activewear in North Carolina (for fleece, OEKO-TEX® certified). Each design undergoes a review and fitting stage before mass production, ensuring proper form and high-quality print results.
Accessories are not produced in-house but are sourced from trusted partners. Our caps and snapbacks come from New Era Cap Company (Buffalo, NY), customized with prints or embroidery. Canvas tote bags and compact backpacks are supplied by Port Authority through SanMar, with options for plain or custom-printed versions. Additional styling pieces such as cotton socks and bandanas are sourced from established U.S. distributors. These items allow customers to build cohesive outfits without shopping across multiple brands.
By combining core apparel with versatile accessories, we strive to make Niziapew not only a clothing brand but also a destination where personal identity and everyday fashion meet in harmony.
At Niziapew, we believe that quality comes from doing things right from the very beginning. Even though we are a small workshop, we maintain consistent standards for every product.
Our process starts with raw materials. Every fabric batch is inspected for GSM weight, shrinkage, and color consistency. We mainly use cotton at 180–200 GSM for t-shirts, brushed fleece at 280–320 GSM for hoodies, and blends with slight stretch for shape retention. Accessories like caps, tote bags, and straps are sourced from trusted suppliers in the U.S. and South Korea, all carrying OEKO-TEX® certifications.
The making and printing stage combines craftsmanship and technology. Our workshop is equipped with five Juki sewing machines and two overlock machines, allowing weekly output of 150–200 items. Printing methods include DTG for complex designs, screen printing for durable bulk production, and heat-transfer vinyl for bold logos. Sewing and printing are done side by side to ensure precision in every stitch and alignment.
Each product undergoes manual inspection through an eight-step QC checklist, from loose threads to balanced prints and fabric elasticity. For a 50-shirt order, at least two full inspections are performed before and after packaging. Defects are immediately removed and replaced within the same batch. If a customer receives a product below standard, we offer a 7-day replacement or full refund guarantee.
For personalized orders, the process includes design consultation (1–2 days), mockup approval, production (2–3 days), and extra inspection before packaging. Each custom item comes with specific care instructions to preserve durability.
